At Luxe Nest Market, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, hygiene-related products, or clearance items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our support email.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
